Celebrating Diwali Together
Here at BestStart Judea we celebrated Diwali on the 11th November. Diwali is the festival of lights and is one of the major religious festivals in India. People light candles and lamps hoping to bring prosperity in the year to come. Diwali is also a time to have fun with friends and family.
So here at BestStart Judea we made chocolate truffle balls, Diwali diyas and created a beautiful rangoli. The children also enjoyed getting henna and having a shared lunch with their friends and families. It was a really special day.
