Celebrating Lunar New Year at BestStart Northwood
The children in the nursery acknowledged Lunar New Year 2022 by creating pieces of artwork that represent fireworks. We used pipe cleaners and bright colours on black paper to mimic the look of fireworks in the night sky, while we watched videos of firework displays from around the world and talked about different ways that the Lunar New year is celebrated.
