Here at BestStart Opihi we have welcomed in the new year by celebrating the warm summer days exploring our outside environment together. In the nursery some of the favourite activities of ngā tamariki have included exploring the sandpit, challenging themselves on the climbing equipment and of course water play.

During these experiences ngā tamariki have had lots of opportunities to laugh, learn and play with and alongside their kaiako and peers, while also experiencing freedom, gross movements and contact with natural elements in our outside area.
