At BestStart Manuroa, we are proud to recognise the incredible dedication of our long-serving kaiako who have helped shape our centre into the warm, caring and supportive community it is today.
This year, we celebrate some wonderful service milestones within our team. A special congratulations to Shweta on an outstanding 20 years of service, and to Simmi for reaching 15 years. We also acknowledge Ravideep, Lee-Anne, Kalpana and Satinder, who are each celebrating 10 years of service, along with Jasveer, Sukhvir and Visaka, who have reached 5 years of service.
Together, these amazing kaiako represent 85 years of combined service dedicated to supporting tamariki, building meaningful relationships with whānau, and creating a strong sense of belonging within our centre.
Behind every year of service are countless moments of care, encouragement, laughter and learning. Our kaiako have celebrated milestones with children, supported families through important transitions, and helped nurture confidence, curiosity and a love of learning in so many young lives.
Their commitment goes far beyond the classroom. Through their kindness, patience and passion, they help create an environment where children feel safe, valued and empowered to thrive.
The positive impact they have made over the years can be seen in the strong relationships they have built with both current and past families, as well as within our centre team.
