Clean and tidy
At BestStart Brooklyn our children take pride in our Centre, and they love to help any chance they get. Today the leaves from outside had been brought inside. One of the teachers got out the vacuum cleaner to clean up the leaves from off the carpet. As soon as our friend saw what was happening, he quickly volunteered to complete the job.
Through helping our teachers and our friends the children are learning the skills necessary to become confident members of society. They can take pride in the centre which can be transferred to home as well. Upon sharing this experience with his family, they love that he helps at home as well.
