Getting out into the community is an important part of our curriculum at BestStart Girven Road, supporting the tamariki to explore and make sense of the greater world around them.

Two regular activities we do here at BestStart Girven Road are our swimming lessons for 4-year-olds at our local swimming pool and visits to our local retirement village where we visit our elderly friends, have a chat with them, and sing some songs.
