Creativity with paint
Today was a fun colourful day. We all decided to take out our paint brushes, paints and creativity skills. We the teachers decided to make use of our boxes at the kindy and we had lots of fun outside. Everyone excitedly just jumped right in and did some painting. Some of our tamariki explored the paint using paint brushes,some used their hands which our tamariki truly love to do while the others try tasting it instead.
Through this activity, we are learning not just about creativity, painting allows children to develop vital fine motor skills, fine muscle strengths,coordination and language. It also help us build friendship and teaching us to share things with our peers.
