Here are some snippets of what our tamariki have been busy exploring this week. Our tamariki have been working on their movement and fine motor skills and have been super busy exploring nature, playdough, books, cars and dress ups. Through these experiences children have been improving their concentration, learning, developing their creativity, working on their cognitive development, learning about cooperation with other, flexibility and developing their self-awareness.

We have loved being outside exploring and getting in some much needed exercise in our outdoor environment in between the showers!

This kind of exploration links into our centre vision where children are ‘curious and active explorers’.
