Daffodil Day Magic at Our Centre

Celebrating Community, Creativity, and Compassion

At our centre, we believe in nurturing not just young minds, but also big hearts. Daffodil Day gave us a beautiful opportunity to come together in support of the Cancer Society and honour those in our community affected by cancer.

Our tamariki, whānau, and teaching team embraced the spirit of the day through an anonymous art auction, raising $100 for this important cause!

Each artwork was a delightful surprise, and every bid reflected generosity, empathy, and hope. The centre was alive with daffodil crafts, heartfelt kōrero, and a strong sense of unity. It was a day that truly reflected our core values:

  • Whanaungatanga – building meaningful relationships and a sense of belonging
  • Manaakitanga – showing care, kindness, and respect
  • Ako – learning together through shared experiences

We’re incredibly proud of our tamariki for expressing themselves so beautifully through art, and deeply grateful to our whānau for supporting this initiative with such warmth and enthusiasm. If you’re looking for a centre where your child can grow in a caring, creative, and community-focused environment - we’d love to welcome you. Together, we bloom.
