At BestStart Kaikohe, we were fortunate to have had staff take part in a Dance and Movement Workshop facilitated by Katie Boom, a Registered Music Therapist and Jan McConnell, a Registered Dance Movement Therapist, just before Lockdown.

Kate and Jan have visited us again now that were are back at level 1. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time in the centre, sharing ideas of using Music and Dance to engage tamariki in different activities to expand their learning and development in other fun ways.
