“Wow where did this month go? October has seen our tamariki in Te Aroha extend their group planning from S.T.E.M to S.T.E.A.M to allow for more art focused ako.  Art has been a strong interest coming through recently and we have just loved seeing the beautiful masterpieces our tamariki have been making.  We were so excited by the support we had from our whanau for our bake sale raising $145 to go towards our end of year xmas party!  We have been practising sun safety, applying sunscreen and wearing our sun hats.  Our older tamariki have been enjoying the chance to play alongside the younger tamariki in the prep playground as we continue to encourage our tuakana-teina relationships.
