Having access to a paddock is a wonderful gift: when the weather is fine, we go out there and do all sorts: tree climbing, gathering fruit and bamboo, hut making, races etc. Today, we picked some grapefruit for our whanau, but had to taste it first to see if the fruit was ripe. There were many funny faces during tasting and the fruit was described as "sour", "weird" and even "delicious". Our tamariki did understand the fruit wasn't quite ripe enough yet to share around!

We invite you to come and see our extended outside playground  for yourself!
