We had a very exciting morning at BestStart Kawaha Point, our centre was buzzing with enthusiasm as we welcomed a very special guest—Duffy!
He arrived with a big smile, lots of energy, and a very important delivery: brand-new books for all our tamariki!
These wonderful gifts were made possible through the Duffy Books in Homes programme, generously sponsored by Goodrick Upholstery.
Duffy didn’t just drop off the books—he brought joy, laughter, and movement to our morning! The children were absolutely thrilled to see him dance around the centre, interact with them, and personally hand out their books.
It was a magical moment that lit up their faces and reminded us all of the power of storytelling and imagination. Receiving these books is more than just a fun surprise—it’s part of our commitment to fostering a love of reading and learning in our tamariki.
