We have had lots of fun with runny gloop, thick gloop, smelly playdough, science experiments using vinegar and baking soda, chalk paint, and baking. These intentional teaching activities are set with individual tamariki in mind to help them reach their individual learning goals.

Many relationships have been built and communication skills have been extended through group play as they discover and learn alongside one another. We love to create a learning atmosphere that follows the children's interests and encourages them to enjoy learning.

Some of the many dispositions learnt are:

Turn taking, patience & perseverance

Math concepts-counting, measuring, shapes and patterns.

Leadership & Self-help skills

Science concepts- questioning, investigating, action-reaction.

Verbal & Non-verbal communication
