We recently installed a sound board in our outdoor space. Attached to the trellis we have a range of items and textures that when interacted with, have the ability to make different sounds. This is a work in progress and over time as the tamariki/children inspire us we will add more on to it.

We love to ako/learn alongside the children and they often spark ideas within as we watch then play and interact with things. As you can see it has provided an opportunity for a lot of curiosity to be torotoro/explored. All of our e hoa/friends were instantly attracted to it and it was great to see a lot of tuakana-teina relationshipshappening as our older tamariki led the way and demonstrated to our younger e hoa/friends how to could be used.
