Exploring the Legend of Mauao
What fun the tamariki had exploring the waters that surround the beautiful mountain we all adore at the Bay of Plenty. We found crabs, starfish, shells, seaweed and enjoyed making our own discoveries at the breach. Koru's Dad helped us to draw koru design in the sand pit for us to see and also helped us making sand castle that we all decorated together. What a meaningful way to complete our learning about Mauao "caught by the dawn"
