The theme this year was ‘Noqu Vosa, Noqu iSema Bula’ in English, “My language, my living link”.  BestStart Coronation Road is very multicultural, so we wanted to celebrate exposing our children to new tastes and experiences.  We had activities from making the Fijian flag to cooking some divine Fijian dishes.  We had a dress up/Parade day which included singing and dancing and performances from our very own teaching team.  What a wonderful week celebrating this beautiful language and culture through music, food, costumes and the symbols and stories of our whanau.
