Foster Hope Pyjama Drive
We love any reason to have a fun day and wearing our Pyjamas to the centre is our favourite. Since 2013 we have always aligned our Pyjama day with the Foster Hope Pyjama drive.
We collect donations of new pyjamas from families/whanau on behalf of Foster Hope. Foster Hope works with families in need where many children/tamariki have never owned pyjamas, or been given a new set.
At BestStart Te Atatu Peninsula we are teaching our children values of caring, sharing and giving. We see this as a way to bring our centre community together and help other children. Our centre vision is Where aroha leads and this is one of the ways we teach how to show love.
