Last week our centre participated in Daffodil Day. Our children took the initiative and decided to go for a community walk to collect some funds for the Cancer Society. The preschoolers and some teachers went for a short walk to our local business to collect the funds as well as to make people aware of the Cancer Society foundation to help people who are sick with cancer. It was good to see children's enthusiasm and willingness to participate for such as a good cause!
