The Tukana children (Over 2's) have been showing lots of interest in messy play so we have been experimenting and finding different sensory experiences we can do together.  Playdough is a favourite, alongside gloop. We even made some snow which was cold to touch, and we're still coming up with more things we can make!

The children are learning to work alongside each other, taking turns, communication skills and they can freely use their imagination. They are loving being involved in making the sensory experiences and also giving some ideas which is giving the children a sense of responsibility.
