Girven Rd Baking Day
Children's baking is a strong part of our curriculum at BestStart Girven Rd. At least once a week tamariki have the opportunity to bake alongside kaiako to prepare kai for that days afternoon tea and sometimes for lunch. Tamariki work alongside kaiako and peers to decide what type of home baking they are going to make that day. We have a wide selection of recipes to choose from and sometimes we get creative and make up our own combinations and creations.
