Beststart Bader Street is situated in the heart of Hamilton near the hospital. We are a diverse team of staff who are supportive of one another and have such versatile strengths to bring to the table. Strong relationships and quality care are at the heart of everything that we do.
Our vision is "if you believe it, you can achieve it", and our philosophy is visible in our practice as we strive to provide supportive, respectful, and caring equitable environments for all tamariki. This allows quality teaching and learning and builds a strong sense of belonging. We've got three separate rooms, Ruma Maia (preschool) caters to our confident over three-year-olds and we participate in a 'Be School Ready' program. Ruma Putohe (toddlers) supports our determined over two-year-olds and Ruma Hiringa (babies) nurtures our infants, following individual custom routines to support each child.
Culture is embedded into our planning and curriculum with many events celebrated throughout the year. We follow 'Healthy Heart' routines, providing nutritious meals for our tamariki prepared by our talented cook. Our staff are always warm and welcoming with bright smiles on their faces each day ready to spend quality time with tamariki. Come on down and say hello!
