Happy Mother's Day from BestStart Jones Crescent
What a fantastic Mother’s Day celebration we have had today! To make our 2023 Mother’s Day celebration very special, our Tamariki have decided to create a beautiful card for their mum during the week. They all have put lots of effort on designing, drawing and painting on their own card for their beautiful mums. During mat time some of our older children kept telling their Kaiako they would give their mum a big surprise on Mother’s Day as they love their mum so much! That was so sweet, Tamariki, we believe your mum will definitely love the present that you prepared! Beside the craft, we have had another special gift for our mums. We shot a video in which we sung a ‘Happy Mother’s Day’ song and expressed our love to our mum. When we showed the video to our Whanau, many of them were simply amazed how well our Tamariki have done their performance. As their Kaiako, we are so proud of them too. In addition, our Kaiako prepared a lovely gift for all mums which they really enjoyed and appreciated. We all are looking forward to next Mother’s Day celebration already.
