What a wonderful Holi Celebration at Beststart Rototuna!! Holi is a famous Hindu festival that is celebrated all over the world with utmost joy and enthusiasm. 

Our tamariki and teachers had an amazing day filled with music, laughter, activities, kai and vibrant colours. The smiles on our children’s faces were so precious because they got the opportunity to throw colours and water at their teachers. The weather wasn’t very favourable but it didn’t stop us from having fun.

What a wonderful way to foster respect and open-mindedness for other cultures as we get together to celebrate this festival of colours. Celebrating and sharing cultural knowledge and experiences supports children to develop respect and aroha for one another. Here at Beststart Rototuna, we live our vison of “ Inspire Growing Minds”.  

Our Centre philosophy shines through as we continue building trusting relationships, based in aroha (love) lay the foundations of who we are at BestStart Rototuna.
