We celebrated Holi, the festival of colour and love!  There is nothing like coming together to have fun and get a little messy. The children had a great time cheekily throwing colours at each other, their teachers and the Mums.  It was lovely to have several of our Mums join us in this lovely Indian celebration.   The colours are made from cornflour, water and dye, then it takes a few days to dry in the sun, before blending into a powder.  We had some lovely vibrant colours this year.

This is a very special time of the year, as we welcome many new families.  Our Holi celebration is where we show love and kindness to all our community. Our philosophy of "he waka eke noa - we are all in this together", in action yet again.
