We spent our Christmas holidays doing something special each day for our tamariki (children) who attended preschool during this time.

We had a wonderful water day when the sun was shining. We all got rather wet as it turned into a water fight. We went camping and had a campfire with marshmallows, and we held spontaneous discos which were a huge hit with the tamariki.

We missed our holidaying tamariki while they were off spending time with their whanau, but we have welcomed them all back to start the new year with a bang!
