Giddy up for our very own Race Day at BestStart Papamoa Plaza
Yeehaw, what a fantastic day we had!
Our tamariki had a wonderful time bringing their imaginations to life as we got ready for our very own horse racing adventure. The fun began with the children helping to make their very own horsey boxes. With plenty of creativity, excitement and teamwork, our little jockeys turned simple boxes into colourful horses, ready to race!
We loved seeing the children getting involved, sharing ideas and taking pride in their creations. Once our horses were ready, it was time to hit the track! The tamariki raced around the playground, giggling, galloping and cheering each other on.
There were big smiles, lots of laughter and plenty of enthusiastic little jockeys giving it their all! But the excitement didn't stop there! Next came our very own horse-jumping challenge. Our brave little riders put their horses through their paces, jumping and galloping their way around the course.
What a sight to see! Activities like these encourage creativity, physical development, coordination, confidence and, most importantly, having fun together. We loved watching our tamariki use their imaginations and enjoy being active with their friends.
What a memorable race day full of laughter, teamwork and happy memories! And the winner is… EVERYONE!
