Ice Fun!

With it being so hot recently we have been getting creative with our resources. Using our BestStart Bright Idea's book, Mark one of our wonderful teachers froze some balloons to create an ice sculpture. The tamariki were very excited about the idea and added a range of liquids to experiment with. They added water, dye and vingar through droppers and springled baking soda over the ice. All of which reacted differently.

Here at Waikite Valley Kindy we love being outdoor, experimenting and trying new ways to use the same resources.
