BestStart Marchwiel are currently taking part in Kai Korero, a program that involves education around healthy eating and making good choices so we can fuel our bodies. We are working with WAVE (well-being and vitality in education) to implement this program and they have been coming into centre and sharing information and delicious kai with our whanau. We have enjoyed exploring the

provided resources with the children and this has led to lots of discussions around what it takes to have a healthy body. Our tamariki have taken on board what it means to be kaitiaki for ourselves!!
