Keeping Busy during Lockdown
Our centre was a busy one this month despite working in the midst of lockdown level 3.
The kaiako engaged the children in a number of activities, such as creating lanterns during Chinese Language Week (Kiwi Room),tapa cloth pattern painting for Fiji Language Week(Tui Room) & Dandiya sticks craft and dance party to celebrate Indian festival called Navratri (Tane Mahuta Room).
This is how we are working together to cater to our attending mokopuna's diverse learning needs despite being in our own separate bubbles. For the rest of our whanau & tamariki at home, our efforts on Storypark are dedicated & ongoing.
