Kindness Kids bring our vision to life
Here at BestStart Marne we have a vision of leading with a kind heart and curious mind. Part of this vision is our Kindness Kids and kindness curriculum. Our Kindness Kids have been busy little people getting out in the community and spreading kindness. One thing that we have done is give out Kindness Kids cards like the pay it forward initiative in this instance we delivered and paid for some coffees at the local gas station so we could spread kindness.
Here you will see the email we received after giving out these cards: "I was so surprised when I stopped at the garage for a coffee. I had just left my elderly Mum and was feeling quite sad. When the garage man said it was already paid for by your organisation, it made my day." It's these moments that really make us smile.
During the last two weeks we have also contributed to the Eat Up organisation, collecting breakfast foods for children that don't have food at school or kindy. Our parents were so amazing in donating goods and this week our Kindness Kids handed over our lovely donation to Scott at Eat Up. Everything our Kindness Kids do make us so proud and we really do love spreading kindness out in the community.
