Learning about maths!
We were lucky to have Tom (Shirley Boys High) from our Kahui Ako which involves all our locals schools come in and teach us some ways of doing maths with our children. The Prepschool children loved spending time with Tom exploring his creative ways to do maths with them. This was a really good opportunity for our children to develop links with the local community. Tom will be coming back again to teach us some more ways of developing maths with our children.
