Local events in our community are opportunities for our tamariki to make connections with others, with whanau and also be a part of the wider world around them.

Our annual BestStart Whanagamata Beach Hop party brings everyone together to share the fun.  Rock 'n' Roll magic is weaved throughout the environment with music, costumes and box cars for tamariki. The much-anticipated parade saw proud parents encouraging their child cheering and clapping loudly while trying their best to take photos!  
The confidence that our children showed was an inspiration to everyone and shows how engaged they have been in the past month.  With a team of teachers behind them getting into the spirit the atmosphere was electric.
