At BestStart coastal we believe every aspect of our local environment and community should we imbedded within our practice, on a weekly basis our tamariki and Kaiako reconnect with nature through our local Bush walks. 

Exploring the nearby tracks, our children are learning what the wide world around offers, they are learning to explore and engage in their local community through authentic interactions with the physical world. 

 This is how we engage our children in developing their understanding of how to take care of Papatuanuku.
