Lockdown Week 4 Experiments
Well we are getting in to the swing of learning through play at home and having Storypark is such a benefit as the children have been able to safely share their photos with us of their play at home!
This week we have experimented with ice, light and noise!
We froze little toys, water with different smells and tastes and tried our best to melt it, smash it, and play in it.
We made our very own projectors using cling film, a toilet roll and a torch (this one proved to be very popular!)
We experimented with sound - what do hard objects like dried peas, rice etc sound like in different vessels? Gosh I can’t believe we are at week 4 - learning at home has been super fun so far, but nothing beats learning with our friends so our weekly catch up on Zoom was the busiest one we have had yet
