As part of our inquiry in the Prep Room here at BestStart Allenton - we have been focusing on the dairy industry and what is produced in it.

We have had lots of discussions around cows, milking sheds and the products that we get from this. During this time, we have had photos and videos of a dairy shed in full swing, we have made butter, yoghurt and today we made ice cream! We mixed condensed milk, whipped cream and just for extra deliciousness some mars bar. We had to stir it every hour while it was in the freezer and it made the best tasting ice cream we had ever tasted!
