Making our own CD
Our Pukeko and Little Tui tamariki have been practicing singing some of our favorite songs for nearly 2 months now. One of our awesome parents Ese owns his own recording studio and offered to record us so that we could put our songs onto a CD hence our daily waiata practice. Finally the day arrived and our tamariki were so excited to see Ese walk through the doors with all of his recording equipment. It didn't take long for him to set up and soon our tamariki were singing their hearts out. It only took us 2 takes to get all the songs recorded which was amazing. After a few days of editing, Ese came back to us with our final cut with four songs ready to be put onto CD. Our tamariki listened to themselves on the radio and were nothing but excited. We can't wait to share these songs with our whanau.
