Matariki Disco Fun!

This year the centre whanau got involved by donating us vegetables to use to make our soup. In the lead up to the disco the tamariki were very excited they got to use their creativity and imaginations as they helped to create some decorations for us to put in the Gym for the big night. During the day they got involved in making the soup as we sat together and prepared the vegetables for the soup that we were going to serve. 

Finally it was time to dance! The tamariki and whanau looked amazing all dressed up for a night of facepainting, dancing, bubbles and just spending time together as we enjoyed the soup that the tamariki helped to prepare.
We had such a great time and can't wait to do it all again soon.
