BestStart Balclutha have been busy decorating and celebrating Kirihimete. We started with our trees, one in the centre and one for our community Christmas Tree Extravaganza.

There have been many decorations, cards, letters to Hana Kōkō being created.

We have worn our PJ’s, had a Kirihimete movie day and sung many carols. A group of tamariki went to a local elderly person’s group to share their singing and Kirihimete joy.

And we have a cheeky elf, Candy Cane, getting up to mischief and hi-jinx every night, waiting to be found each mōrena.
