BestStart Montessori School House is a lovely quiet centre, set in a beautiful old home in Hamilton East.  We are a Montessori inspired centre, where the children can enjoy learning different skill sets to help them.  Pouring water from one container to another and being able to wipe up the spills along the way takes concentration.  Moving small objects using different tools, such as small spoons or tongs, from one tray to another bowl takes a steady hand.  Tightening and loosening nuts from screws attached to a piece of wood, strengthens the hands and fingers needed for writing and drawing.
