Muddy puddle fun!

Now that it is warming up a bit the tamariki have been enjoying exploring with water a bit more. We fill up the water trough up by the sandpit in the mornings. The tamariki look around to find what they can use to scoop the water out, pots, cups and shovels are some of their choices. Quickly they start emptying the water into the sandpit, off come the shoes and socks and JUMP into it they go! "What does it feel like?" I asked ..."Squishy"... "Cold" .."It's between my toes"! were some of the replies.
