Music with 'Maestro' Monica
Monica is well known for her singing and dancing at the centre!.
Today was no different as Monica saw the opportunity to use these open ended resources to create some music with nga tamariki.
Nga tamariki engaged with Monica and used the sticks to imitate her.
Music plays an important part of our curriculum here at the centre and is a great resource to calm and settle children as well as being able to express themselves through music.
