New Year, New Beginning
At BestStart Porchester Road, this year we are going to welcome a lot of new tamariki and whanau into our centre and we will sadly say goodbye to some of our older children heading off to primary schools.
At BestStart Porchester Road, we provide vital play-based learning experiences and nurturing for children during a critical time of development. As children play together, they can learn to get along with one another, cooperate, communicate effectively, and resolve their conflicts.
Our teachers’ appropriate skills and qualities will give children the very best start possible for a thriving future. Teachers plan and set up environments carefully that can assist our tamariki to feel calm and secure, while at the same time, engaged and inquisitive. Our environment set ups enhance children's learning. As you can see through the photos, our children love exploring distinct textures, areas, and resources as well as enjoying distinct activities throughout the day.
In our centre, our children are free to work on their theories and free to explore their own interest.
