Ngā Pēpi share their Aroha in support of Plunket
Our BestStart Primrose babies were fully involved in creating masterpieces today that they could sell back to their family/whanau to support the Plunket Fundraising appeal. The centre made an awesome contribution for Plunket of $308.00
Our babies got to dive into a full sensory experience, which helps children to understand their senses, by exploring how things feel, smell and taste. This type of play nurtures an awareness and understanding of the world surrounding them. Their smiles reflected the absolute enjoyment that we saw as they made their creations.
At Beststart Primrose we strongly believe and recognise that each Pēpi are unique, precious individuals developing and learning at their own pace. Our vision of learning begins with Aroha is reflected in the environment as we provide space and time where children can feel safe and secure and that, we believe is when the magic of learning can truly flourish.
