Off to the airport
We had the best morning out and we saw lots of planes, helicopters and also diggers!
The purpose of this excursion was to support the children's interests in transportation! The children are all very interested in cars, trains, airplanes, and helicopters! The bigger and louder the better! They love listening to the sounds the engine makes and they all get very excited when an airplane or a helicopter flies over our centre.
We love getting the children out on excursions within our community and making the most of the wonderful places we have here in Taupo. The learning that comes from these excursions is vast and very important in developing children's knowledge of the world around them.
