Our amazing first day!

Yesterday we had our first day of opening, welcoming all our beautiful families and children into our amazing centre. Our children turned up excited and eager to play, running into the classroom, straight to their favourite things to play with.

Very quickly our children noticed common interests between each other and we saw friendships blossom through play. Bikes bought everyone together, as we worked together to develop rules and took turns zooming down the ramp as fast as our bikes would take us. We laughed and squealed as we enjoyed each others company and had pretend crashes.

Later on in the day, we filled balloons with water, and experienced trajectory and force as we tried to pop the balloons using all our might. This kept us all focused, as we learnt science concepts through our play and enjoyed watching the water splash and wet the ground, transforming it from dry to wet.

This was such a fun and exciting day for everyone. It was awesome, playing and making strong new friendships. We can’t wait for you all to come back tomorrow!
