Our land/whenua
Recently, Claria and Deborah worked with our Kāhui ako (local teachers), Levi and Tipene (Te Ngahere). We learnt a lot about the history of the whenua/land and the rich whakapapa and stories of Ngāti Kahungunu iwi, the first people of this land. We can't wait to share this knowledge with our children through pūrakau, art, waiata and self-expression.
