The children are enjoying the outdoors when the weather permits during this rainy period we are having here in Canterbury. Today the children helped teachers to set up an obstacle course using wooden planks, reels, stepping equipment, a beam and finishing off with a slide.

Physical and vigorous play in the playground supports our children's Well-Being / Mana atua where children's health is promoted, and they learn about and develop an understanding of their bodies and how they function and how to keep themselves healthy.
