Our very first week at the centre
It was our pleasure to welcome our young tamariki and their whanau to Pipi room. The majority of our children were the first time to be away from their parents to come to the centre. There were tears but we are so proud of our tamariki. They have been settling very well, getting to know the routine and starting to build great bonds with our teachers. We did sand play, water play and certainly, many art works. It was great to see our tamariki also have been interacting with each other and their teachers. What a fun and great learning journey we started together !
The very first week in our preschool area went really well. Teachers were happy to meet whanau and start creating a bond with tamariki. We have already had a lot of fun, dancing, singing and physical play, created a few crafts and enjoyed Samoan language week activities. Children are settling amazingly quickly, and we love seeing how they are eager to participate in everything we offer!
