Our visit to Communicare
Children from EduKids Remuera often go to the open play area of the St Mark's Church next door. We had been approached by a representative from the Communicare who organises activities for elderly people with diverse needs in the hall. She said that whenever these elderly people see our children in the park, they enjoy watching the children instead of participating in the activities. They invited our children to be part of their play. On 5th March our children visited the group, sang songs for them and played with them. Our children were gentle, caring and nurturing to them and were adored by the whole group.
